General Questions
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.
What is your return policy?
All item must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item, to be eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original UNOPENED packaging.
Please contact us prior to sending the item back for a return authorization number and instructions for the return. Read more on our return policy.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States & Canada only.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hrs.
For domestic orders within Canada, expect your Al&Chill order within 3 to 5 business days.
For shipments to the USA, expect 5 to 7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, Sezzle and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Do you offer a 3 or 4 time payment option?
We accept 3 times payment through Sezzle.
You will be able to chose that payment option on checkout.
Can I exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange your item for another item of equal or higher value! You would be required to pay the shipping costs on returning your order as well as for the exchanged order.
