RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange your item for another item of equal or higher value! You would be required to pay the shipping costs on returning your order as well as for the exchanged order.
RETURN
All item must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item, to be eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original UNOPENED packaging. Please contact us prior to sending the item back for a return authorization number and instructions for the return.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service at hello@alandchill.com to obtain a return merchant authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Flokati
Wooden props

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Please note:
- For orders damaged during transit, we require you to provide images to info@alandchill.com of the damaged packaging and goods within 7 days of receiving your item. Items damaged in transit will be replaced with the same material, design and size originally ordered.
- The product ordered will be shipped to the shipping address provided with your order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to reship your order in the event the shipping address provided is incorrect or the order is returned due to invalid shipping address.
